KISSsoft is a specialized software for calibration, optimization and recalculation of machine components. Parts such as gears, shafts and bearings, screws, belts and cables. It also integrates with renowned CAD applications and users can use its capabilities in custom software. With a powerful analytics engine as well as a wide range of different parts and equipment, this program enables the redesign and optimization of mechanical and mechanical components.
The computing speed of this program is very favorable and can be exploited and exploited on systems with medium hardware. For example, one of the usual things that can be done with this program is to check the different connections of the multi-physical components to see if they have enough tolerance under the loads. If there is a defect in these connections, the optimization and clever suggestions of the program can fix the problem and increase the rigidity and stability of the piece.
Developed by KISSsoft AG, since its inception, the team has specialized in providing professional tools to engineers and designers across a wide range of engineering disciplines, including: cable car systems, gear-based systems , Moving equipment used in Formula One cars, or even delicate Mars gear. The company’s products are in line with international standards such as AGMA, IS, DIN and the company’s tools as a standard solution for machine calibration, various calculations, safety documentation and product life parameters.
