Introducing a new formatting option, No Shape, in Creo View for a note and note with leader line. This option enables the users to create a simple note without any shape or background color around it.

What is the benefit of this enhancement?This enables an accurate representation of the design review comments, for example, when the comments provided for a dimension can be separately represented as a change in the dimension value or when creating a basic dimension.
Support for the Interference Analysis for Representations with Multibody Parts
Creo View now supports an interference detection for assemblies with multibody parts. Users can create multibody parts in Creo Parametric, and then use an automated clash detection or interactive interference detection on published representations to work with multibody parts.
User Interface Location: Tools > Interference Detection.
What is the benefit of this enhancement?Previously, assemblies with multibody components resulted in a failure to run an interference analysis. With more customers leveraging this technology, we can now support interference detection with multibody parts.
Siemens EDA Replaces Mentor Graphics
With Siemens updating the Mentor Graphics name to Siemens EDA, all references to Mentor Graphics in the Creo View help center are updated to Siemens EDA.
QuickView Thumbnail Generation Support
Windchill introduced new functionality for massive structure visualization. It loads QuickView thumbnails for sub-assemblies and provides a mechanism to expand or collapse them with QuickView thumbnails. The Creo View Adapter worker publishing and the thumbnail generation are improved to generate QuickView thumbnails using PVSOptimize as requested by the Windchill Publisher. The Creo View Adapter also provides a recipe option to refer to a custom recipe file for QuickView thumbnail generation.
What is the benefit of this enhancement?This enables digital thread for 3D content and allows visualization of design data with massive structure throughout Product Lifecycle using Windchill and ThingWorx Navigate Visualization.
